Vanity Plates?

The Dragon Steed card says you cannot play "Steed Enhancers" on it.

The Vanity Plates card - which looks like a Steed Enhancer, uses the image from the Dragon Steed card with a "vanity plate" on the dragon's back side.

So... this might be a really dumb question, but can you play Vanity Plates on the Dragon Steed?

No, the picture is just illustrative. John Kovalic lets himself go, he doesn't play by the rules. Always follow the text instructions on the cards, not the drawings.
