For example if i equip something for the legs NOT BIG but small item and i want to change it into another item NOT big but small again for the legs What can i do with the remaining ???? i mean what options do i have???

If you are not currently in combat, you can:

1) Turn the small Item you no longer want to use sideways. That means you're carrying it but not using it. It gives you no bonuses or other benefits.

2) Trade it to another player for one or more of his in-play Items, or for nothing at all.

3) If it is your turn, you may sell the Item as part of a level. (You may not sell Items if you would not gain a level, either because you don't have at least 1,000 Gold Pieces of Items to sell or because you are high enough Level that you cannot level up by selling.)

4) Curse yourself to lose the Item you no longer want. (This also works during combat.)

5) Discard the Item to pay for a Class or Race ability that allows discards from the table. (Depending on the ability, this might or might not work during combat, and it might or might not have to be your turn.)
