When i pick up my first open door on my round and for example it is lvl 20 anubis and says that it doesnt chase lvl 4 and down Munchkin DOES THE FIGHT START? AND IF I DONT MANAGE TO KILL IT I FLEE AUTOMATICALLY ???? OR MUST I DECIDE if i am going to fight it ???? OR MUST I FIGHT IT?

Yes, the fight starts, people can add in wandering monsters or other such things if they so wish. If you can not win the fight, then you attempt to run away. Your run away succeeds, unless somehow someone intervenes, and then the battle is over. You may not loot the room.

To remove a point of potential confusion from chrismalenurse's response: If anyone adds Monsters to the fight, you must still Run Away from those Monsters (assuming they wouldn't also ignore you), but you would be able to escape from Anubis automatically as long as you remain at or below Level 4 when it's time to Run Away.
