King Tut Card

Quick question. The King Tut card said it doesn't pursue level 3 or below. If you choose to fight it and you are a level 3, do you receive the bad stuff if you lose or does it not pursue you if you fight and lose?

If you must Run Away from King Tut, you automatically escape if you are Level 3 or below. In this case, you suffer no consequences. If you are Level 4 or higher, you must roll to Run Away normally, suffering the Bad Stuff if you fail and losing two levels even if you succeed.
