"Feet worse than death" - can you steal?
 

We have an argument going over the Feet worse than death card in the Need for Steed expansion. The person who had the card (who is very competitive and doesn't lose gracefully) has claimed that it can't be stolen, since it is your feet and not regular footgear. My argument is that he had feet before he had the card, and this card simply enhances your feet, so it should be stolen. For the sake of non poutyness, we did not steal the feet. The question is - is this an "item", and can it be stolen? Please help me settle this quarrel.

It's an Item, has no Value, but says NOTHING about not being able to be stolen. It can be swiped.
