[Low-Tech] Targeting New Hit Locations (arms and legs)
 
I've been looking through it but couldn't find the targeting penalty for Upper Arms, Forearms, Thighs, and Shins.

Shoulders, Elbow, and Knees are all kinds of Joints so as per MA they're at -5.

What about the others?

Lowtech, armor chapter, new hit locations section. Also, Hightech has notes for targeting around any armor that only provides protection on results XYZ on 1d
