Java Star System Generator

Once upon a time, a user of this forum kindly sent me a copy of his very excellent Java-based star system generator that used the GURPS Space (for 4th Edition) rules. Along the way, I have lost this file and the conversation that led to it. If anyone happens to know who to contact or where to go, it would be appreciated, as my searching has thus far been unfruitful.
