One Time Use

I seem to recall a limiter for One Time Use (as opposed to Limited Use: One time per day). Can someone point me in the right direction for this?

I've tried searching the forum (using Google and site:forums.sjgames.com) and cannot find it.

Supers. It's 1/5 cost.

Thanks, I went looking for that and cannot find it, but it sounds like I can translate that to a -80% limitation?

(That is, I can find the rules about a one time use, just not a cost for it)

It's better as a divisor since then it doesn't interact with the -80% limit.

EDIT: See p 114.

Sorry, didn't see your edit. *sheepish grin*
