They're written; it's just a matter of updating the file, which is honestly not at the top of our list. We've got plenty of stuff to send to print first.

Did you download the file from e23 (Click on the link that says Get it for free!)? If you did download it, did you make sure you didn't download it to the exact same location and your browser saved the new file under a slightly different name? Did you look in the zip file, just in case the first time you downloaded it was not in a zip file? This download came in a zip file.

I downloaded the file again just now and it certainly seems to have the rules on page 6, right after the Booty rules. . .
