Could the Spells be added to the Critical Links and Useful Information thread under the "When can I play...?" post?

We had an issue of when to play a spell that didn't say "play at any time."

Oh, and where is the proper place to make this request? Should this have been an e-mail, or private forum message?

I'm trying to remember, but I feel most of the Spells indicate when they can be played. In other words, they mostly work like non-Item Treasures cards (or "special" Treasure cards) and can be played at any time unless the specific card says otherwise. If that's the case, they don't necessarily need a special "when to play" case, but it doesn't mean we can't put one in. However, before anyone does anything, we'll have to make sure, internally, that there are no special cases we need to consider documenting.

Generally, it's probably better to make specific requests privately. It's more likely to catch our attention on a busy day. Fortunately, things have been quiet this morning, so it didn't get lost in the shuffle. :-)
