Extraplanar
 

Does the item enhancer "Extraplanar" from Munchkin Cthulhu allow the item to be discarded to get rid of a monster in someone else's combat? Or is it, like the Fireship, only usable on its owner's turn?

It can only be used by the owner when he's in combat.
