Kneepads vs Body Odor

If someone is wearing the Kneepads of Allure, and also is cursed with Body Odor, which one takes precedent? The Kneepads say "no one can refuse" but the BO says "no one will help."

WIth B.O. you can't ask for help, but you can be helped. So, Kneepads of Allure are of no use in this case.

B.O. trumps the Kneepads. The Kneepads make the person you ask unable to refuse -- but B.O. doesn't let you ask in the first place, the Kneepads never come into play.
