Death cards: rules vs flowchart

Search & FAQ failing me here, but perhaps I'm not framing my query properly. I'm sure this has been answered already....

Rules say take four cards of each type after death.
Flowchart says take two.

Which is considered correct?

The flowchart was made before the May 2010 rule revision. The new rules are correct and you take four of each card type.

The changes from the initial rules/cards that took place in the great change over of 2010 have been identified and clarified in the Change Log which can be found in the link below, or in the FAQ section.

http://www.worldofmunchkin.com/faq/changelog.html

Currently the rules indicate 4 of each (8 total), previously it was 2 of each (4 total)

I noticed as well a few weeks ago. MunchkinMan is working on a revised flowchart to match the 5/2010 rules.

4 of each is correct.

The flowchart has been removed from the site, I believe, until my changes get approved. They've been submitted to the Munchkin braintrust and I've implemented some more changes (to cover some up and coming products, plus I got it fitting properly on Letter instead of A4). Hopefully, we'll get it up soon, but I can't make any promises yet, based on priority, when that would happen.

What about an A4 and a letter version, please? After all most if the world (outside the US) uses A4.

Geographically and population-wise, that's true. But when we look at our Munchkin sales, the vast majority of them are in North America, so that's what we consider to be the default for our own support files.

Trying to keep two versions of the flowchart consistent would double the work, not to mention making us scramble to figure out which one was correct if we did let them fall out of sync. So we'll just be providing the version that's convenient for the larger part of our customers.

I know this isn't what you wanted to hear. I hope my explanation makes sense.

Not that its THAT much of a problem for ppl to make it fit an A4 page.
