Can anyone direct me to a Medieval Data Set with all modern skills, advantages and disadvantages removed?

I made this up a while ago for my own use. It only removes skills & equipment which I consider to be above TL 3 or so (as there are few advantages & disadvantages which I consider to be "high TL").

Is the link broken? Because I too, with my Limited Knowledge of Database Manipulation, would love a Medieval Type Database.

'tis hosted on my home computer, so when my internet goes down the link is unavailable. It should be up now.

Firefly GCA4 data files

I had a couple of requests for these data files (I mentioned them a while ago). My campaign is nearing its one year anniversary (although not that many sessions). And I don't have a lot of time to devote to develop it further -- too busy plotting adventures and dealing with RL.

So here they are for those of you who might find them useful:
Link changed: see below.

There are two files -- one with the actual templates and one with the support data called "NAGA_pack.gdf". The support data is mostly things from Rev. Pee Kitty's site (tweaked for my particular campaign). A big thanks to Pee Kitty and the other original contributors to those files. If you develop these further please share them here on the site.

Edit: Please note that the Reaver template is, unfortunately, just a placeholder. And I will fix bugs in the templates if people report them.

Edit: Here is a Google Docs link for the file.

Has anyone compiled a summary of the links in this thread? If not I may do so, slowly, as I read through it.

I'm in the middle of writing a .gdf for a sci-fi (TL10, generally) campaign. I only just got GCA4 yesterday, so it will take me a few days. I've already edited all the templates I need. I'm starting with bionics and biomods. I'll get to general equipment later. I'm trying to never give anything generic to my players (for instance, there are company names attached to items), but their general equipment will be generic for now.

You may or may not like some of the things I'm doing. I give a 20% discount on templates. Bionics and biomods are equipment with only a financial cost. However, I'm reducing Health the more a character chops up his body. I'm working on making a disadvantage that will stack from all the bionics and biomods. Every ten levels of the disadvantage will lower Health by one point. I just need to figure out how to do that properly, and I'll be rolling. Feel free to PM me or email me with suggestions on how to write that disadvantage.

This is a work in progress. I'm adding to it as I need things. PM me or email me, M Bison (or anyone else), and I can send you periodic updates.

Chris

If you do I will update the first post with the current links.
