Anyone have ideas for DR and HT stats on diamond?

One of my players wants a "body of stone" that is essentially diamond hard. Can't find stats for diamond. Anyone?

Do you want actual diamond or something that is "diamond hard"?

HP is just a matter of mass, it's a Homogeneous object so 8 x cube root of weight in pounds. A human has a volume of 70,000 cubic cm. Diamond has a density of 3.5g per cubic cm. So a human made of diamond weighs 542lb which comes to 60HP, but remember diamond will also have the Fragile disadvantage.

Not sure about DR but probably not that much greater than glass maybe DR6 or so for the thickness of a human.

Not that different than any other rock. Ultimate tensile strengths are higher by a factor of 2 to 4, so given hit points seem to scale about with the square root of energy to destroy something, a diamond will have about twice as many hit points as a similar sized more ordinary rock. Giving it an extra point or two of DR wouldn't seem unreasonable, except stone is already overestimated for that - unlike metals or organic materials, rock tends to fail by cracking rather than deforming - deformed things are still somewhat intact and still have DR, cracked ones....

In any case, what a Body of (whatever) is made of is something of a special effect - you pay the cost for whatever DR, HP and HT you actually have, so you can just pick something and call any variation from what you might expect out of an ideal (whatever) a consequence of the joints, or the magic that holds the body together or your choice of technobabble.

Wouldn't that be better modeled by giving stone medium-high DR and low HP?

In that case, Body Of Stone with doubled DR might be appropriate, depending on cinematic-ness. (Reducing HP is also generally bad for PCs.)
