Mark-315 will attempt to stop Tom, knowing he can’t catch up to him on foot before Tom makes it through the door to stop the ritual, by trying to shoot him in the leg from behind with his 9mm Sandswell Hitman pistol and manages to score a hit.

All right. Douglas will reload the revolver that uses cartridges, shoot 'Tom' a couple of times, reload back to full, fetch his rifle and lean it against that door, then get to reloading his other revolver. Which would probably take enough time that the rest of the cultists would come if they were coming.

Mark-315 will reload his pistol, tie up and gag the cultists they’ve incapacitated so they can’t further interfere, and try and stabilise some of their injuries despite his disgust at their activities and hedonism etc... Oh, and try and stop Douglas executing the prisoners, we were supposed to try and not kill them if at all possible if memory serves me correctly.
Since the other cultists fled, taking most of their wounded with them, that just leaves 2 cultists and Tom lying wounded on the ground, so Mark-315 sets to work dispassionately stabilising them before tying them up, with Serena talking him through the first aid process.
