Bad Stuff: "Lose your headgear. If you don't have Headgear, you die laughing.

As in death? Or as in you laugh really hard lol Can never tell with Munchkin. It is a level 16 worth 2 levels and 4 treasures so our assumption has been that it in fact is death if you don't have headgear.

Words like "die," "dead," and "death" are all considered game terms. So yes, death. As in give away all your stuff and cards and get new cards on your next term death.

Where you could argue "confusing" is the old Plutonium Dragon text, which just said you were "roasted and eaten," or perhaps Bigfoot, who took your hat and stomped you flat, but was then followed by the instruction to lose your headgear. If being roasted and eaten was deadly (but didn't say so), then why couldn't getting stomped flat be deadly? Well, because the Plutonium Dragon was in error and was missing a key word or three. . .
