place curse overrule discard hand ?
 

maybe it's answered in the FAQ but i couldn't find it... if i have to discard / give away my whole, may i use the cards i can before i do so? if i'm holding i.e. a curse, may i then place it on some1 and then discard the rest of my hand?

Hmmmm. It depends. If you are hit with a card like a Curse! or Trap!, or are hit with a Monster's Bad Stuff, you must resolve that first before you can do anything else. This means you can not play cards you might lose, unless you have a card you can play that would cause the event to be canceled. If you are choosing to discard cards or your entire hand to power some ability, you may play other cards first, as long as you still have enough cards to discard to power the ability you are trying to use (in other words, you can't play a card that, as a result of being played, is discarded, and then count that as the discard for an ability).
