A Few Questions
Hi fellow Munchkins!
1. Is it necessary to buy all of the Munchkin expansions in order? (I think not, but I'm not sure if it makes it confusing) An example; I've got the core Munchkin, and I have Munchkin Need for Steed (which is number 4) and De-Ranged (which is 5) on the way. Due to me not having #2 and #3, is there anything that would be left out? (so to speak) - AL the Mighty Munchkin |

OK!!!
Thanks. LOL! I completely didn't see that. Sorry, its my first time on here. I'll repost each question as a separate thread. Update: Each of my questions have been placed in different threads. |
Re: A Few Questions
First, thanks to AL for being so awesome about the forum rules, even on the rebound.
Second, you absolutely CAN play with any expansion with or without any others. That will make some classes and races rarer than the others, which may or may not appeal to you (if it doesn't, feel free to take them out). Specifically, Munchkin 6 – Demented Dungeons does NOT require Munchkins 2-5, which is something that maybe we could have put in the FAQ if we'd been thinking about it. |
Re: A Few Questions
I started by purchasing extensions 2 and 3 without having the base game - it was not in store in the shop.
The seller misled me, saying that one could play an extension without the base game - and, of course, I was dumb enough to not read what was written on the expansion's boxes... Now, if one has the basic rules, it is not impossible to play using only an extension, without having the basic game... I tried - having found the rules on Internet. But I do admit that I rushed back to the shop, as soon as I learnt that they had the basic game back in stock. And from then on, I allways integrate the basic game cards in my pack. |
