Super Munchkin With No Class?

Hello!
I've used the search feature to try and answer my question about being able to play the Super Munchkin Card or Half-Breed Card without a Class or Race respectably.

I checked the FAQ and this was the closest thing I could find which doesn't really cut it for me.
Quote:

Q. If I have Half-Breed and one other race card, is my other half human?A. Yes.
It tends to happen a fair amount when we play, somebody gets a Super Munchkin card and wants to play it with no class to reduce their card count (much like you would carry a treasure you couldn't use)

Can you play the Super Munchkin card with no class?
Can you play the Half Breed card with no race?

(I now know not to ask 2 questions, but I figure their the same one)

Cheers

No and no. You must have at least one Race card to play Half-Breed, and at least one Class card to play Super Munchkin.

And to add to RevBob's response, up until a couple weeks ago you weren't able to play Super Munchkin without two classes. But as part of the big announcement, Super Munchkin was changed to be more in line with Half Breed, and you can now play it with only one class.

EDIT: Here is the official image of the Super Munchkin card with the new text.

To expand on what Bob and Chad said, and this is the important thing for all the MIB to remember: Play with the cards you have. If you have the older cards, you must have at least one Class in play and a second Class to play with Super Munchkin and must always have two Classes to keep Super Munchkin. If you have the new cards (available in the latest printing of Munchkin and in Go Up A Level coming in September), you may play Super Munchkin if you have only one Class, and only lose it if you lose that Class.
