To forestall questions: no, we won't send it out unless you order Zombie Dice. The reason is that the bookmark uses Zombie Dice. If you want the bookmark, pony up the $13.13 for ZD -- it's a good game.

Each Zombie Dice game sold via Warehouse 23 comes with one bookmark. If we end up with extra bookmarks down the road, I expect we'll find a way to use them, but for now, the only way to get one is to order a copy of Zombie Dice from us.

Question on step 2 of this bookmark:

Step 2 of the bookmark reads "Randomly select a number of Zombie Dice equal to your Level."

How do you randomly select the number of zombie dice if you are supposed to get them to equal your level?


I'm guessing that you are supposed to randomly pick the dice types (zombie dice has 3 different type of dice, correct?), but roll one for every level of your character. Is that correct?

Just trying to clarify, because as written I can see the wording being confusing.

you put them in the dice cup and just reach in and grab the right number.

Similar to how you randomly pull out dice for actually playing Zombie Dice.

There are a number of different color dice, correct? So, if you are Level 3, you have to pick 3 random dice from the pool, not grab at the dice and somehow (whether magically or through feats of dexterity) get exactly 3 dice. I've seen that language in many places, not just Munchkin, not just Munchkin promotional bookmarks, so I don't find it unclear.

That's what I figured it meant, but just wanted to ask and make sure before it came up at a game demo or convention or something. I just figured it might be confusing to some. Thanks for the responses.

It's actually very clear once you play Zombie Dice, because one part of that game is continually taking a set number of dice randomly from a cup.
