secondly: the monster card known as "Gothyanki" says that it gets a +5 bonus against those with half-breed and those with super munchkin, thusly obtaining a +10 against those with both. however, what would the ruling be with players who have 1/3 breed and/or ultra munchkin?

Cards like 1/3 Breed and Super Duper Munchkin are affected by any rule or card that affect Half Breed and Super Munchkin, just so long as the rule doesn't override their specific abilities. E.g., the rules for Half Breed say that you can use it to have up to two Races, while 1/3 Breed specifically gives you up to 3, so that rule for Half Breed wouldn't override 1/3 Breed's ability to add a third race.

You would get the +10, as if you had both Half-Breed and Super Munchkin.

Only if you had both. 1/3-Breed is +5 by itself, and the same is true for Super Duper Munchkin.

(And ditto for Chimera and Ultra Munchkin, while we're at it.)

I guess I don't understand how telling you that 1/3 Breed and Chimera are to be treated exactly like Half Breed and Super Duper Munchkin and Ultra Munchkin are to be treated like Super Munchkin by cards/rules that refer to them doesn't answer your question. Based on what I said, the implication is that it doesn't matter that Gothyanki says Half Breed and Super Munchkin, as that would apply to 1/3 Breed and Ultra Munchkin and in that, the Monster would get the +10 bonus.
