Equipping/unequipping items
The rules say that you can't equip/unequip an Item that is already on table while in combat. Also, you can play a new Item card only on your turn or immediately when you get it.
The question is: can you equip/unequip items that are already on table when it is not your turn (and there is no combat)? |
Re: Equipping/unequipping items
I don't let people change around which Items they are using if it's not their turn, with the exception of trading, where if someone trades for an Item they have space for, I allow them to begin using it right away since that falls partially under the "just got it" rule.

Re: Equipping/unequipping items
So, after combat is done at the end of your turn, you could redo everything if you think it would be more beneficial to help someone during their combat?
We kind of play it as once the door is kicked down by any player then you couldn't do things and then offer help. Suppose it's mostly the same....lol.... |
Re: Equipping/unequipping items
This was a question I had for a long time, and Andrew answered it a while back. He said you can equip/unequip whenever it's legal to play an item. So that would be during your turn (non-combat), or when you first receive an item (treasure, looting body, etc.).

Re: Equipping/unequipping items
Thanks Chad! That makes logical sense to me.
