Official Perks Compilation, post-PU2

Okay, according to Power-Ups 2 - Perks, it "incorporates every perk published for GURPS as of spring 2008, including all the combat perks from GURPS Martial Arts, making it the 'one-stop perk source.'" And that's great, really.

But it's summer 2009 now.

So, what has come out since then? I'm not asking for copyright busting, but a list of names and sources would be nice. As my contribution, I offer Thaumaturgy - Magical Styles:

Academic Rank, Adaptation, Area Spell Mastery*, Astrological Ceremonies, Attribute Substitution, Better Magic Items, Blocking Spell Mastery, Blood Magic, Brute-Force Spell, Combat Ceremony, Continuous Ritual, Convenience Casting, Covenant of Rest, Elixir Resistance, Enhanced Spell, Far-Casting, Fast Casting, Flagellant’s Blessing, Flexible Ritual, Frightening Side Effects, Guild Rank, Huge Subjects, Immunity to (Specific Hazard), Improvised Items, Improvised Magic, Intimidating Curses, Intuitive Cantrip (several), Kill Switch, Knower of Names, License, Life-Force Burn, Limited Energy Reserve, Magical Lawyer, Magical Style Adaptation, Magical Weapon Bond, Mana Compensation, Mass Magician, Mastery*, Melee Spell Mastery, Mighty Spell, Missile Spell Mastery, Mundane Magic, Mystic’s Stupor, Named Possession, No Gestures, No Incantations, Obscure True Name, Paraphernalia Pro, Permit, Power Casting, Precision Recharger, Psychic Guidance, Quick and Focused, Reduced Footprint, Rote Alchemy, Rule of 17, Sacrificial Blocking Spell, Sanctum, Scroll-Reading, Secret Mage, Secret Material, Secret Spell, Secret Words, Shaman’s Trance, Shortcut to Power, Special Exercises, Speedy Enchantment, Spell Bond, Spell Duelist, Spell Enhancement, Spell Hardiness, Spell Resistance, Spell Variation, Spirit Contract, Stabilizing Skill, Staff Attunement, Staff Bond, Super-Sympathy, Thaumatological Doublespeak, Willful Casting, Wizardly Dabbler, Wizardly Garb.

So, anyone?

Basically, the two biggest 'offenders' are Psionic Powers and Magical Styles. In fact, MS seems to primarily be a collection of magical Style Perks, but very few other things (such as styles themselves).

Darn, there are just so many to cross check now - it might be time for a spreadsheet list of them all to make cross checking easier!

It's for reasons like these that I think SJ Games should put official compilations of Advantages, Disandvantages, Perks and Quirks on the GURPS Official site. I have a few list on my site but they are far from being up-to-date now since I am relying on people to provide updates to me. A nice list of the names, generic description (without any rules), point cost and Book reference(s) could be of great help for GURPS players AND it could even help sell more books/PDFs.

Also cross-references to make stuff easier to find, especially Meta-Traits, and tricky trait names such as Immunity/Resistance. Those are the ones that confounds new GMs and players.

Not a bad idea. Have you told them? It's unlikely that anybody in a position to act on the suggestion will see it here.

Yeah I guess, I'm just wondering where should I send my suggestion to ? The Webmaster ? SJ Games ?

That one, I think. I imagine it would be considered more seriously if you presented it in a form that was at least nearly implementable. Just a guess...
