1st edition AD&D conversion 3.0....

.... Is now up on my page for anyone who's interested. Dungeon Fantasy 1 & 3 are required to get full use out of it, but owning the entire collection will definately help.

I've already taken it out for preliminary "road testing", but if anyone comes across any issues, I'd appreciate it if they let me know...

I'm very impressed by what you have done here!

My only problems from a first read are:
1) It might make better sense to break out ALL the actual direct conversion stuff to the appendix (seriously, who plays AD&D 1e anymore anyways. Maybe an OSRIC conversion is more current?)
2) The heading sizes are a headache to parse. This is especially notable in the classes section - check out p. 12 and pick out the Fighter class at a glance :)
3) I LOVE the use of the AD&D1e style!! Really took me back.

Yah, I concidered changing the font... On the one hand it looks authentic (I was on a nostalgia kick), but on the other hand it's hard to work with (that's why a lot of the text looks squished together). Thanks for the critique, I'll see what I can do.

Noticed you had pretty much all the races from Unearthed Arcana, but seems you forgot about the Drow.

Looks good with a quick look over.

Possible bug under Cleric/Fighter on page 19:
"Spend 5 more points on primary cleric Melee Weapon skill, raising it by +1."

As in: why 5 and not 4?

First scan, and I come up with "Fantastic work! Am forwarding your link to my hardcore lovers of all things D&D in my circle".

Nice production values. Keep the font; the visual style and the artwork for nostalgia would be half the point.

"Reference" is misspelled on the title page.

Oops... I was trying to make the lens equal 40 points, and I didn't catch that, concider it fixed. I found one or two minor issues myself this morning, a version 3.1 might be in order (when I have the time).

I didn't include Drow or Duergar because their use always seemed munchkin-y to me (even for AD&D). I've always thought they made better bad guys then PCs. I'm thinking about putting together a monster manual (a lot of critters have already been converted here on the forums), again when I have the time.

I have been thinking of running DF about once a mon or so to give my regular GM a break....

Thank you...Thank you very much...not sure how much I will use but some of it will be there without a doubt.

Thanks again looks so good I felt like extorting unlimited fighter levels for my dwarf from my DM all over again...
