The text is definitely out. Completely out.

The stuff that's in the SRD can probably be included, with the GURPS modifications.

But the whole adventure? Please don't try it...

Take a look at this free conversion of a setting from GURPS to PDQ, written by the person who wrote both the setting and the PDQ rules. Note how it references the original product rather than taking excerpts from it.

That's probably the approach you should take with GURPS White Plume...

Yes. That is the desired approach. Much of what we're doing is replacing stat blocks anyhow, so a total rewrite is not needed.
