Let Me Do It: For one skill, you gain a +1 bonus to complete a task, but only immediately after someone else fails at that task. For instance, if you had Let Me Do It: Armory (Small Arms) and a team member just failed their check to repair their pistol, you could immediately try it at +1.

It looks okay to me, but some emotions (sincere, for instance) might be a little too useful.

Another way to write it would be: One Trick Wonder: (Acting, only to portray Emotion X)

Is "sincere" even an emotion?

Well, there is precedent ...

"The secret of success is sincerity. Once you can fake that you've got it made."

Intuitive Grabber: When reaching into a bag of assorted items you always pick out the one you want. You must be familiar with both the item and the bag. For example, you can reach into your purse and pull out exact change.

Enhanced Rapier Wit:
Prerequisite - rapier Wit
On a successful hit, instead of dealing damage to your opponent you may instead perform a humiliating but innocuous feat of legerdemain on him/her. For instance, with a cutting weapon you may shave off part of his mustache, or with a piercing weapon spear his/her hat.

Erasable Skin:
There exists a special soap that will remove any tattoos if you wash with it. This soap is common, but will only function in this way on you.

Considerate Acquaintance:
If someone has gone through the effort to change their appearance in some way since you've last seen them, you notice the change.

Self Deception:
With a successful autohypnosis role you can convince yourself of the truth of something you currently believe to be false

Moderator: This is 15-points Legal Enforcement Powers for 1 forum, only. You may not kill people in RL, but you are free to ban them, etc. Often carries a significant Duty (Nonhazardous).

And Quirk-level Megalomania in certain cases.

Catnap: You can adjust your sleep schedule however you like without ill effects, although you still need the usual amount of sleep. For instance, you could sleep for one hour every three hours for a week, then change to a normal all-night sleeping pattern.

Sleeping Routine: You can perform one simple action (specified when you buy this perk) while sleeping. The action in question must be one you can be performed with minimal brain function and without significant exertion, such as walking straight ahead at a slow pace, surfacing for air at set intervals while swimming in circles, maintaining a constant altitude while flying in a straight line, hanging on to something, balancing on a small platform or standing upright with a weapon ready.

Re: List Of your favorite Custom Perks

Living Lasso: You can project a long, tentacle-like appendage from your body to grasp targets. Treat this as a five yard Lariat in combat, except that it uses Brawling skill or DX and can't be pulled from your grasp - anyone who wins a contest of ST with you can pull you as though you were caught by a lariat on your torso.

For damage purposes, treat the living lasso as an arm, but increase the wounding muliplier of cutting damage to x2. It does not benefit from your Damage resistance unless it was bought with the Force Field enhancement.

You may take this perk muliple times. Each additional level increases the length of the living lasso by five yards. Note that this means it will require additional ready manouvers before use.

Why is this a perk and not Extra Arm (flexible, etc...)?
