Like It Was Yesterday: Pick one event (pleasureable or not) from your past. You can recall that event with crystal clarity down to the minutest details, regardless of how long ago it happened. In game terms, you have Eidetic Memory for that event only.

Edit: This is true Photographic Memory, one event only.

If it's only for one event, I'd bump this to true Photographic Memory for it.

Lifetime Supply: You have been awarded or given a lifetime supply of something fairly non-expensive and readily available. This can be macaroni and cheese, socks, coffee...whatever, as long as it is GM approved.

Abe has memorized the Constitution (of the USA) as a perk. Bob has the skill Law (US Constitutional). Cal is asking them questions.

Cal: "What are the requirements to serve as President?"
Abe rattles them off easily. Bob makes a skill+4 roll to know the answer, since this is an easy question.

Cal: "Under what circumstances can Congress be convened?"
Abe answers with what the Constitution has, but misses the precedents set by related Supreme Court rulings. Bob makes a skill roll to know the full answer.

Cal: "What states' rights have been compromised in favor of federal rights since the Constitution was enacted?"
Abe, by definition, has no idea from his perk, but can make a default Law roll; the GM lets him use an IQ-4 default (treating his perk as sort-of-a-Law-skill only for the purpose of defaulting) instead of IQ-6 to know the answer. Bob makes a skill roll to know the answer.

Cal: (Asks a question about US Criminal Law)
Abe must roll IQ-6 to answer. Bob gets a Law (US Constitutional)-4 roll to answer.

And most importantly, Abe can't sit down and meaningfully review a case (much less actually go to court and act as a lawyer for the case) with his perk, because he doesn't understand all the intricacies of constitutional law, including precedents, rulings, related laws, etc.

That was a good job explaining the necessity of skill, Rev. Pee Kitty.

Sorry, didn't make myself clear; true photo memory was indeed what I was going for.

Convenient Censoring. In any situation where you would be completely naked by surprise, some element of the landscape, your equipment, another creature, etc, will block the graphic bits.

Safe at any Speed: Your character can go up to 50 percent over a posted speed limit without being pulled over by police. Officers will be elsewhere, or radar guns will malfunction, or some other coincidence will benefit you. Note that this does not remove the other risks of driving at high speed ... and if the cops have some other reason to look for you besides speeding, you may still wind up drawing attention.

Both are pretty powerful. That's IQ with a -40% Accessibility.
