I suspect that the Phantasm was being sarcastic.

Perhaps a bit flippant, but not sarcastic.

I consider sarcasm to run from flippant-teasing to mean spirited rudeness. And off to Google to make sure I'm not misusing a common English word.

"the use of words that mean the opposite of what you really want to say especially in order to insult someone, to show irritation, or to be funny."

Nothing to apologize for.

Mostly, though, I'm just pondering which characters that I've already done would be more likely to use the perk's move on a semi-regular basis.

It's more detailed than that. Passing as an American, if you're British, requires using cutlery quite differently, among many other things. Yet the two countries share a CF by most reckonings.

CF is for broad cultures that take lots of time to be familar with. Other things are better handled by normal familarity rules

I guess it was a matter of whether to lump the British with the Western European CF or the North-American and Anglo-Oceanic CF (as is currently the case under the name 'Anglo').

The problem is that CFs need to be broad enough to worth that whole point, but are written such that they make more sense at a higher specificity. I think I'll make a new thread on the subject...

Edit: new thread over yonder.

Also that woman that tossed Piotr around in Deadpool, and then got tossed back by Negasonic Teenage Warhead (who has a different powerset in the comics), though they're not quite in the MCU yet (agreements are being made, IIRC).
