Memory Training
A minor, trained form of eidetic memory. Add +2 to IQ for the purposes of memorizing/recalling things.

No Nuissance Roll

Anything to stop the nuissance rolls!

I've added a second level of Penetrating Voice, reserved for Brian Blessed.

Skill Adaptation (Improved Reaction)†
One Influence Skill (must specialise) results in a Very Good reaction instead of merely a Good one in the context of one type of influence. E.g. this could be (Improved Reaction:Diplomacy/Request For Information), or (IR:Fast-Talk/Seduction), or (IR:Intimidation/Potential Combat Situation) etc., but only one type of reaction and skill per Perk.

(The idea comes from the fact that normally, only Sex Appeal provides a Very Good reaction, but does so for all influence attempts. I figured it might make sense for some characters to be extra-efficient in certain specialisations of other Influence Skills.)

I'd allow that for any Influence skill except Diplomacy. Diplomacy has that whole "never worse than your actual Reaction Roll" thing going on, and stacking that with "can get a Very Good reaction", even in limited circumstances, seems more powerful than a Perk.

Intimate Environment Adaptation. Regardless of any changes is size, shape, or bodily composition, you can never be harmed accidentally by your mate or through playful acts therefrom even if this violates the usual limits of gentleness and holding back of strength. You could hug a fire elemental, be stepped on by a giantess, or swallowed whole by a dragon; so long as the being in question is your One True Love, no actual harm will come to you! Does not protect clothing or carried possessions.
(In the campaign I intend this for, it's specifically granted by a supernatural partoness of marital enjoyment, who would withdraw this protection from both characters if they engaged in maliciously intentional harm against each other.)

Based on Immunity to (Specific Hazard), though it could also be seen as a single-character version of a "No Friendly Fire" Extra Option perk.

Trick Joint: This gives a +3 to break free from grapples against one specific limb, chosen when the perk is purchased.

Based on my personal experience in aikido and judo; my shoulders can both pop partially out of their sockets without harm, and it makes certain armlocks a lot harder to properly apply, but hasn't got any other benefit that I can see.

I would think the negative aspect is far below Gurps resolution: drastically increasing the risk of arthritis later in life. Just like how smoking tobacco increases lung cancer risk doesn't affect the cost of addiction: tobacco.

Interesting perk. Perfect for Sgt. Riggs of Lethal Weapon.

Unconscious One Liner Your character need not be conscious to participate in the verbal goings-on near his body. You may only respond with one sentence, once per half hour, or whenever anyone forgets you're in the room - so make it a good one.

I have a player who would take that in a heartbeat.
