I've seen on the preview that a book with mechas rules will be released. Are they earth-mechas (evangelion) or only space-mechas (gunbuster) ?

If it will be only about space mechas, can the rule be used to create earth-mechas ?

Mecha are not a major focus of that book, but there are some added systems such as legs and ground movement rules. Should you wish to omit space propulsion systems and just stomp along on the ground, you may do so.
