Well, certainly, I would acknowledge Those Who Preceded the Kromm.

And Steve of Jackson is certainly powerful, and divine.

But all diplomacy aside, We still recognize the One and Only Kromm!

The Statement of KROMM is why I hold SJ and MONICA to be higher up within the PANTHEON of SJGAMES, for without SJ there could be no way to worship KROMM.

Ah, but have you asked yourself this: Without the axiom that KROMM is infallible, how are you able to use his Statement as an argument with any kind of certainty?

And if KROMM is infallible, how can anyone be more infallible?

STEVE JACKSON cannot be infallible (why would He need KROMM after all if he were?), but He Created the Line for The Line Editor to edit. STEVE JACKSON is the Highest Being, The Creator Of The Line. KROMM is His Mightiest Archangel, not created in His image, but made infallible to Edit The Line. No fallible being would be able to Edit The Line like KROMM. Not even The Highest Being.

STEVE JACKSON is indeed infallible. In his infallible wisdom he saw that humans would not be able to handle perfection, and so inserted errors to teach us the virtues of patience, humility and nitpicking. It is for the same reasons that KROMM sometimes inserts errors in the proofs.

How utterly ingenious a plan. What did humanity do before the advent of KROMM and His Divine Employer, STEVE JACKSON?

(not to mention Steve Jackson, British evil twin of STEVE JACKSON, who has nothing to do with KROMM...)

I love the fact that it's past 600 posts and hasn't been Godwinized, subjected to profanity or insults, or turned into a political or (real) religious platform. So even if I'm only the God of the Really Long but Basically Polite Thread, that's enough to let the thread go on.

It would, after all, be an insult (boo! HISS!!!) to the GREAT KROMM (Yay!!! YAAAAAYYY!!!!!!) were we to deteriorate to profanity, insults, politics or real-religion.

Though someone is going to have to explain "Godwinization" to me, please.
