Thanks for the birthday thoughts, folks. I often wonder how we'd mark birthdays if we sprouted up on a self-heating rock hurtling through space in a flat trajectory instead of on a rock orbiting an unshielded fusion reactor.

Is there any other valid way for the Faithful Brethren Of THE KROMMUNITY to measure the length of the year than Our Line Editor's Sacred Birthday? I daresay not!

And praise Him. And thank Him for having the sun reappear each morning from wherever it is hidden at night.
As well as for that clever nuclear physics which means that the sun can shine for a long time, much longer than if would for example be coal and just burn. And let us ask for forgiveness for whatever sin has resulted in Him sending us a bit less sunshine than normal and desired this summer again. Whatever we did, we repent and are truly sorry. Very sorry.

Especially as us germans could really use a bit more sunshine. So letīs all try to make Him smile, and maybe that divine smile will then be reflected by the sun, and we will get a real summer. Though of course we will praise Him regardless, after all, if He decides that we shouldnīt get one, surely He knows best, for isnīt He the Master of Common Sense, Intuition, Precognition, IQ, and superior wisdom in general ?
