Track Suit (Russia)

When equipped it counts as summer.
What does it means?
A) The player that equips it is considered in Summer, while the other players are in the season set by the current Season card? [my favorite]
B) All the players are considerer in Summer, regardless of the current Season cards?
C) anything else? (such as: the player wearing it / all the players are both in Summer than in the season set by the current Season card)
D) I got it completely wrong

Judging by the literal translation of the original Russian edition ("Fits well! While you're in battle, pretend it's summer now.") this option seem to be the proper one.

I don't have Russia so I can't pull out the card to look at the wording, however in other editions that have similar mechanics, option A would be the correct way to handle that situation in those. As such I would assume it would also be correct in Russia.
