Accessing files on the old Warehouse23 store.
 

If you have a problem accessing files on the new Warehouse 23 store (based in Shopify), please follow the steps below:

1) Check the Frequently Asked Questions page on the store.

2) Check this forum for updates from the staff.

3) If none of those resolve the issue, then you should contact customer service and let them know about the issue.

4) While the issue is being investigated, you can access your account on the old server, and any files you purchased before the move at http://archive.warehouse23.com

The archive server will not allow any purchases, will not update your information on the new store, and will not contain anything purchased on the new store. It is merely a snapshot of the old store at the time we converted over, and is available for the time being to aid in the migration to the new store.

Did you reset the passwords or clear them?

Because my password for the old store doesn't work now.

Interestingly, if I just click through the Store link in the header image, I'm still logged into the store at www.warehouse23.com, but wasn't at archive.warehouse23.com.

We did not. The archive server is a clone of the old warehouse, and connects to the same backend database as the old warehouse. They should not differ in login credentials. This may be a browser cache issue.

I tried again, and figured it out. Sorry for using up your time.

In case it affects someone else: I was trying to use my email address to login, but the old store requires my account 'name' instead. Once I used my account name, it worked.

In the FAQ about returns, there is a link to "Digital Downloads page" that points to https://sjg-warehouse-23.myshopify.com/downloads which doesn't exist and shows a 404
