[psionic] Autoteleport out of a grapple
 

I'm playing a teleporter in a Psi game and we're having some issues resolving teleporting out of a grapple. My thoughts are, if I take a -5 to Autoteleport and make the teleport an instant, then it is no longer a concentrate maneuver, and grapple penalties do not apply. This is based on the following thread:

If that's not correct, can someone out there suggest some rules for using Psi abilities while grappled?

I don't think you can get out of making a Concentrate Maneuver. Doing anything in Gurps (except making an active defense) takes a Maneuver of some kind.

Correct. It becomes a free action. Free actions are not limited by grapples. Or, put another way Warp is 100 points and that's 100 points of unfairness against everyone who also doesn't have warp.
