I can still get in to see my totals. But on the other hand, they don't seem to have updated for a few days. It's entirely possible that I simply haven't sold any books in that time, but it be significant.

Also - the new system doesn't seem to have integrated with the MiB reward scheme yet.

I seem to be locked out of my account on the new shopify store—I tried resetting my password but the promised password reset email never arrived. Really doesn't help with my apprehension over how this transition is being handled.

Re: New Shopify Store!

Update: it appears my problem was that the change from sjg-warehouse-23.myshopify.com to new.warehouse23.com confused my password manager. However, this does not explain why trying to reset my password did nothing.

I still can't access all my old purchases through the Shopify store, which is fine for now but I don't expect I'll be making any more digital purchases from SJ Games until that's fixed.

Re: New Shopify Store!

Late to the party, but shopping for physical stuff you know is there was a sort of okay experience - not as good as the old warehouse, but okay. Once you've filled your crate, it's slightly better than the old warehouse, but filling the crate is not very good:

Sorting urgently needs a "digital only" / "no digital" toggle as well as new releases sort that sorts only the checked boxes. While we're at it: A "don't show owned items" button would be very useful too.

Others have said on this page already, the UI uses way too much real estate on the screen. On a 1200x1600 monitor I get 9 items upright and 9 items half cut off landscape. While that's not the most standard setup nowadays it's clearly improvable.

Not sure whether it's me, but it seems I need to often click an interface element 2 or 3 times before it does anything.

Small stuff: new releases still misses the GURPS item from last November. My library is three and half (1600 px) screens on the new site vs. 689 items on the old. Most, but not all non-SJGames items are missing, but some comp copies are there. Newer stuff and core stuff seems better represented. I assume the migration is still progressing slowly.

Categories leave something desired: we could at least a division between "world books" and "rule books". "Core Rules" and "Adventures" are fine, but stashing most everything else in "Supplements" is not.

GURPS Collections are okay, but a little uneven. Dungeon Fantasy and After the End show their respective Pyramid articles, but WWII doesn't. Maybe it's just full issues and not articles.

Dungeon Fantasy RPG cannot be reached in any way except by searching for it, which also shows Dungeon Crawl Classics and other stuff. Would probably be good to keep it separate but reachable from GURPS Dungeon Fantasy collections.

On the whole I'd go with bigger digital labels on the products or just use the PDF file symbol. The yellow text on green is easy to miss. The "This item has already been purchased" label is a bit better, but the old header warning image was much better. Flashing wouldn't hurt either ;-D

On the whole, colour me a little disappointed. I'm not a huge fan of DriveThruRPG's site, but with this attempt I'm considering them for digital offerings from SJGames. Hope things will improve in the next few weeks.

Take my comments with a grain of salt since I still think e23 was the best online RPG store I ever used (Monthly top twenty lists! Fast loading! No frills!)

Re: New Shopify Store!

I just wanted to flag that out of my purchase history that has been ported over (I understand it will take a while to get all my products, and that's not the issue), only some of them are being flagged as "This item has already been purchased", while most are not.

While I suspect that's just another process step of the transition between stores and will be solved over time, I figured it was better to raise it anyway just in case it actually is a separate issue.

Re: New Shopify Store!

I had a problem logging in, likely because I tested it early on as requested but mostly used the old system after that.
As expected staff propmylt took care of that for me, my thanks!

The "This item is already purchased" notice is right above the price and add to cart area. More visible than the old warning and I approve.
Though Red is hard color for me to see, could it be placed over black or some other color for greater contrast?

It would be nice if searching the items were flagged as owned or not so we could more easily see if a product line is missing a few purchases so we can buy them. For example there are only a handful of Pyramid Vol 3 that I do not own.

Re: New Shopify Store!

It seems to have already addressed some of peoples issues so let me offer my own feedback and suggestions.

When I click GURPS at the top it shows me a customized page with search toggles set up for GURPS.
The category list on the left is pretty good, I would like to see some more here though.
Settings and Monsters or Bestiary are a constant meme that GURPS does not have any of. Its stupid wrong but a category to call them out would be nice.
You could replace GURPS Deadlands with GURPS Settings then list Deadlands, Discowrld, Girl Genius, Casey and Andy, etc as part of that category.
Bestiary could include Creatures of the Night, Supporting Cast, several supplements from Dungeon Fantasy, and more.
I like Product Type showing adventures so that might be the place to put Settings and Bestiariers too, depends on how your database flags are set up.

Magazines does not include all Pyramid issues, just 8 items appear on my screen with no next button. Hopefully that is just a migration issue. I note several other migration issues have already been addressed and that it is an ongoing thing. For example The last new GURPS product "War Galleys" now shows and it did not last week.

Over on the top right of the product section we see a sort by function but I think it needs to be highlighted.
Maybe just add text "Sort by" before the button to pick the method of sorting so it is easier to see?
I also would like a flag that that shows physical, Digital, or both

I do prefer the scroll down function over hitting next or page 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

If you mean, how do you look at your sales in the old system - sign in and then go to https://www.warehouse23.com/admin/sales_report . But to be truthful, that hasn't been working quite right for some time (it didn't show anything between May 2018 and the current month), and now it doesn't seem to be updating at all.

(For that matter, it may have needed some setting up to recognise you as a GURPS writer. I forget; it's a long time since I was set up on the old system.)

Re: New Shopify Store!

Another minor quibble with the new site: all PDF previews are set to download rather than allowing me to open them in the browser as was the case on the old store.

This is extra work, and means I'm less likely to look at the preview, which in turn means I'm less likely to buy.

Yeah its not setup for me on the old system and I never knew to ask.
I'll wait till my next supplement is out and then ask about it. Right now the email statements are good enough.
Thank you.

Try changing to a new password. Or contact Customer Service, they had me fixed the next business day.

Hi All,

First, Thanks for everyones feedback so far! We are trying our best to implement some of the suggestions and are making improvements daily.

Publisher filtering and digital/physical filtering will be popping up for the collections in the next few days. RPG supplement filtering is up after that. We are also looking into getting more products on the screen at once, but that's still under investigation. A lot more behind the scenes stuff is going on, such as making sure collections and products are correctly tagged. The digital library part is being worked on as well.

Second, if you are having any issue logging in or errors please create a ticket over at help.sjgames.com and we can get that looked at as soon as we can.

Again we want to say thank you for being so patient as we switch over to the new store.

Re: New Shopify Store!

Further investigation shows that my downloads page shows 127 items, which generally seem to be from more recent purchases though I have not put in the effort required to be able to state with certainty that it is showing the 127 most recent items. However, my orders list goes on for 46 pages, which generally seem to have 8 orders each except for the last one which only has 2. That would be 362 orders, many of which have multiple items. So I suspect all my purchases are in the new database, but there is a hard-coded limit of 127 items on the downloads page. The only problem with this is that finding a specific title among 362 orders is likely to be time-consuming. Either orders need to be searchable by item name, or downloads need to be filterable in the manner of the downloads page on the old store (the latter solution would probably be ideal).

Michael Thayne 03-01-2023 06:54 PM

Re: New Shopify Store!

Note that I was a bit surprised that 127 records would be a hard-coded limit, but 127 is the largest 8-bit two's complement integer. It's a little weird that this would be used for anything involving the length of a list, which by definition cannot be negative, but it's less weird than a hard-coded limit of 63 or 511.

Re: New Shopify Store!

We had file updates today.
In fairness, the downloads on the new site are now, at least in theory, a little bit easier to find, with the orders list now showing the products ordered as well as the order number.

However there is still no way to sort or search the orders for a given file. The order of the orders displayed is definitely not chronological either, making it virtually impossible to find anything specific. I have 60 pages of orders, and eventually gave up clicking through looking for the updated files. Right now downloads on the new site are still are a total failure from a user perspective, simply because it's too hard to find anything if you have a significant number of orders.

Fortunately the old site also has the updated files. Log in, go to downloads, enter part of title in the search, click on correct link in results to download. Easy and user-friendly. Everything the new site isn't.

Re: New Shopify Store!

True enough. There have been improvements, especially in the search results layout when looking for something to buy. Unfortunately it seems it took until months after the site went live for any of those improvements to be made, despite problems being pointed out since this thread was opened last July. And while the downloads no longer require each and every individual order to be opened to find out which files might be included for downloading, they still are unsearchable. This problem was pointed out the very day this thread was created, and still hasn't been addressed 8 months later.

The new site looks like it was designed to try and attract new customers, which is important, but the designers seem to have forgotten to consider usability for their already existing customer base until after they shut down the old site and appear to be now belatedly scrambling to get stuff working that should have been ready before they made the transition to the new version.

Since I downloaded a couple of updated PDFs yesterday:

I found that the lack of an option to search within the Order History makes the new shop nigh impossible to use for the distribution of updated files.

The Your Digital Library page is missing quite a number of my purchased titles and the indicator on the respective shop page if a title was already bought, even if gives a positive, offers no option to download the file directly, so one has to search manually in the order history. Combing through 30+ pages to find a title is not amusing.

Re: New Shopify Store!

My confusion about digital downloads is increasing rather than decreasing as the new store is phased in.

For example, I looked at an older purchase, Hexagram #7 PDF. That along with the physical copy were a single purchase. If I needed to download it again, I find it (1) still available at the old W23 site (2) also available at the new W23 site, but there it is listed under a larger order of "COMPS" I have to browse through to find it (even though it wasn't a comp, and even though the items in this "order" were not purchased together) and lastly (3) the download is still available on Backerkit itself, as part of the single pledge I made for Hexagram #7 as both digital and physical copies.

Well, good enough, I could download it from any of 3 places, although at the new W23 it's hard to spot/find.

Now for contrast, consider the more recent Hexagram #10 PDF, which I purchased as an add-on to the Rose Labyrinth pledge. It doesn't appear at the old W23 (nor does any part of that order). It also doesn't appear at the new W23 (nor does any part of that order). Ah, but the order itself does appear under Past Projects at Backerkit, where it lists Hexagram #10 as well as two other digital downloads I was to receive with that order -- but this order is only listed, there are NO LINKS for downloading Hexagram #10 or the other two files that were part of the same order.

I might add that I already received my physical rewards from the Rose Labyrinth project order. This marks the first time I ever bought anything from SJG where the digital downloads weren't available before I got the physical part of the shipment. And when they are available, where will they be available? Old store, new store, or under backerkit projects?

This migration certainly appears to have botched many things, and don't even get me started on how terrible the new UI is.

[Addendum: Just did the close-out survey for Hexagram #11 at Backerkit, and for the first time ever it asks you if you want the pdf download stored there at Backerkit or at Warehouse23 -- guess you can't have it both ways anymore! I was sorely tempted not to pick W23, but did in the end to try to keep at least one full set of my SJG downloads together in one place, but now I'm anxious the Hexagram #11 pdf will vanish into the same limbo as my missing Hexagram #10 pdf and the other two downloads mentioned above! I like games, but this one not so much.]

I was downloading some updated files today. Aside from that not all of my orders are still implemented in the new shop some of the files I had purchased in the old shop are missing there too, the purchase is listed in my order and my download there but instead the download link show 'missing files' barring me from getting said updated pdf or recover them if I lost my backup.
The files are: GURPS Monster Hunters 2: The Mission, GURPS Action 1: Heroes, GURPS Action 2: Exploits.

The old site now appears to be fully decommissioned, and the problem with the lack of any way to filter downloads / old orders appears does not appear to have been fixed yet. I have effectively lost access to hundreds of purchases I've made in my decade+ as a loyal SJGames customer. This is honestly appalling.

The old version of the site is now at http://archive.warehouse23.com/ and your old login should work.

Someone has already complained that not all of their files are there though, so good luck. I'm glad that the WotC OGL debacle prompted me to download and back everything up from SJGames (and other digital rpg sites) just before this cluster[redacted] of a site downgrade went through.

I believe that SJGames has done this change over in good faith due to the need for the HTTPS upgrade, and similar needs.
I feel it has gone rather badly, however; I in no way think this was SJGames intent.

I am curious to know how much of the problems here are from Shopify over promising, SJGames under estimating the process, and unexpected complications.

Hopefully, once mostly done, we can get a "stake holders" update on this going over what went well, and why, as well as what went poorly, and why.

May SJGames get this completed soon.

I'm not suggesting ill intent insofar as I cannot imagine what the upside to SJGames was for mismanaging this transition so badly. Still, there's a huge failure of leadership here—when it became clear that the new site was badly bugged, somebody needed to step in to (1) insist that it be fixed ASAP (2) or revise the launch schedule if for some reason that was found to be totally impossible. And unfortunately, incompetence can be just as damaging to customer trust as malice.

Re: New Shopify Store!

So not having any prior knowledge of Shopify itself I started a little research. Wish I hadn't. It doesn't look anything at all like a good fit for what SJG needs. Surely it would have been cheaper and easier to move Warehouse23 (the website) to an https hosting service. The baby seems to be getting tossed out with the bath water.

If it were purely a matter of an SSL wrapper, that would indeed have been relatively easy (as has happened with these forums). I suspect the core problem is that old Warehouse23, like e23 before it, is a custom codebase that takes active maintenance, and there aren't a lot of people who know it well enough to work on it. If a Shopify store breaks, you can find lots of people who've worked on Shopify and can help out.

This.
W23 has been around a very long time, I would be surprised if the infrastructure was close to any kind of modern standard.
As a former DB Admin I understand just how complicated data migrations can wind up being and how often something goes wrong.

Re: New Shopify Store!

I really hate the new w23. I can't set my password to what I want because I reset it when it was that before (probably because I typod it on mobile and can't tell because there is no "show password") and apparently it remembers several old passwords. Finally pick a new password, and by pasting the download links into a text editor (because the new site doesn't list a count) I can see I have 164 out of 270 on the old site. Only reason I'm looking is to download a few files listed as missing on the archived w23. Luckily most of the files that are missing are present on the new site and I think I have the few that aren't on either already downloaded, but for some reason the download name is based on the SJG item number or something - sone also include part of the title, but some don't. Also, having to load the download page, search, click the item, search again, and click again is terrible. Grabbing all my files like I just did from the archive site would have taken me all day even with there being 100 missing.

And all this is ignoring all the missing features and worse UI. Do Not Like

Re: New Shopify Store!

Speaking of login issues with the new W23.... I was on an older device when I registered my account at the new site following the instructions that were e-mailed to us. I used the exact same e-mail address and password, as instructed, and got logged into the new site. There was my previous account info, order history, etc, all well and good.

Later, back on my (up-to-date newer Win 10) computer I go to log into the new site, it just won't let me. Won't recognize the password, won't let me reset the password, and attempts to re-do the registration procedure won't work either. Maybe I could start a new account, but that's not what I want to do. With my old account already registered at the new W23 site, and having logged in previously, I simply cannot get into the new site from my newer computer. But I can get in on the old computer without any problem. I can also still get into the old W23 site on either computer, but the new site is inaccessible unless using my older machine. Waited days and tried again, same problem. This makes no sense.

Re: New Shopify Store!

Just made my first purchase on the new store (Dungeon Fantasy Denizens: Thieves, hooray!) and it's... not good. I wrote a really long, angry, ranty post about it, and then deleted it; my apologies if any of that tone has crept back into this post.

My problems today boil down to one fundamental issue: This store does not tell me where to download my new purchase, and that is unacceptable.

When checking out, i am told i will receive a confirmation email, and that's it. Every prior iteration of this store, every other site i purchase books from, and most sites i purchase other download content from will offer a download link on the confirmation page after hitting checkout. The vanishingly few sites that insist i use email will at least tell me that there will be download links in my inbox. This does neither.

Compounding that pain point, the download links are in a separate email from the confirmation, and the two emails have different From: fields (the download email having no name there), which makes it very easy to spot one and miss the other when skimming a crowded inbox.

Further problems come from the big, obvious product links on one's account page linking to the item's store page, not to any kind of download page; and from the links on one's downloads page linking to the order page, and not to any kind of download page.

As a final aggravation, when one finally finds the download button on the order page, it can only open the purchased document in the browser, and completely defeats any attempt to right-click and “Save As,” — when some of the files for sale are over 100MB, and definitely not something one wants to open in a browser over a slow connection!

There are numerous other technical flaws i could harp on here. The worst part is, i'm not sure how much of this is even fixable. Shopify is a predatory operation whose target audience is mostly startups who don't care about the longevity of their business — just getting it off the ground — and small businesses who don't know any better. Their goal is to offer a minimum viable product while sucking as much money out of you as they can, until you wise up and switch to a sustainable platform. Steve Jackson Games deserves better than that.

Same purchase, also my first, same problem. After a while I found my way to my account page - the one that's organised by order number, not book title - and figured out where the download link was.

But before purchasing, I nearly did not make it through the captcha verification. This is because it asked me to select pictures with "crosswalks." That's a US-specific term, and I'm British, with sight too poor to allow me to drive or watch TV. I didn't immediately guess what "crosswalk" meant, selected a picture of a cross-hatched no-parking area, and was sent into a maze of additional captchas. I was on the point of giving up when it finally allowed me in.

The store doesn't seem to have transferred billing and delivery addresses correctly. I've used several delivery addresses over the years, but only one billing address. It has filled in a "billing address" that has only ever been a delivery address, never a billing address. When I found the page for managing addresses, it had a couple of instances of this one:

John Dallman
123 Fake Street
Austin 12345
United Kingdom

That's obviously placeholder information from experiments in the transition, but that should have been cleaned out before customers were allowed onto the site. I've left one of them in my account in case it's useful for debugging the problem, and deleted the other.

Re: New Shopify Store!

This is a sad day for me, because I was really excited about Dungeon Fantasy Denizens: Thieves. In fact I was a playtester on it, and from the table of contents it looks like some boxed text I wrote (or at least wrote the first draft of) made it into the final product. But I knew in advance there was no way I was buying it without the issues with Warehouse 23 getting fixed first. Maybe I'll buy it if/when it hits DriveThruRPG?

I don't believe there's any malice behind this mess (except maybe on the part of Shopify, if other posters' criticisms of the company are to be believed), but I'm not sure if I can continue being a loyal SJGames customer unless the company can demonstrate a baseline level of competence that is not currently on display.

Not quite the same experience buying GURPS Dungeon Fantasy Denizens: Thieves here. The download link in the e-mail worked - though I got a "We can’t connect to the server at url3834.sjgames.com." error first and then the "You have three downloads remaining" threw me off (it's only there because apparently I am not logged in a minute after buying.

What's really annoying though is that the new shop let me easily buy two copies without any sort of warning. I guess because I was not at first logged in and it still saved my cart or maybe something more went wrong. While I do not begrudge SJGames and Christopher Rice the money, this really not the way a shop system should work. It's not even like I can gift the extra "copy" to someone. The old shop did have a much better way of warning you. Sure, caveat emptor, but I am disappointed.

Edit: Even finding the book for sale would have been a huge hassle without the link provided. It does not appear under "New Release" even when sorting from New => Old (why is this not standard by the way? I don't want featured stuff when clicking on new and SJGames doesn't actually have dozens of new things every month). It does not even appear in GURPS when sorting New => Old and not even in GURPS Dungeon Fantasy (at all). I really don't get how that is possible, but I've heard bad things about Shopify, so maybe this is the software - still quite a bad UI. The only thing that works is the title search, as far as I can tell.

Bought product. No download link. Link somewhere in orders list which is unsorted and unsearchable, and is 61 pages of orders. Longterm customer. Won't be buying from this site again.

Everyone purchasing a digital product receives an e-mail with links to download the items. No login required, good for 3 downloads - same as the old store.

And if you log into your account on the new store, the most recent orders are shown first. You can download the items from there with no limits... but you do need to login.

We *are* working on the search issue... it will be solved soon.

The major problems with the new site were pointed out EIGHT MONTHS ago and still aren't fixed. If the basic functions of an ecommerce site are not working after that amount of time, how can we trust that the security is going to be any better handled?

I don't believe SJGames is acting in malice, but I also don't believe in the competence demonstrated thus far, and thus can't trust the site as it stands. I'll be waiting for releases on Drivethru in the future, even it it takes months longer for new GURPS material to filter over.

I'm sorry, Kira, but it is *not* the same as the old store. The old store I could immediately download after purchase. Now I had to wait for the email to be generated and sent (in the meantime I had found my downloads and it wasn't there, so there's a lag between purchase and the file being made ready that didn't exist previously). To this point, I never even knew the old store email had a limited use download link, because I never needed it.

The most recent orders are *not* shown first in the download list - they are exclusively in alphabetical order. If you click the item from your purchase history (which does show most recent first), it just tells you it's been purchased already and doesn't provide a download link.

It's great that you're working on a search function. It's extremely disappointing that it isn't already available, particularly when there's been a lot of public feedback about it for a while now.

I was very open and unworried about some teething issues with the new store initially, because it was new. It's really not new now - it's been weeks - and key issues that have been highlighted are still outstanding without an ETA ("soon" is not an ETA) and without a list of "fixes in the pipeline" or similar (which would have let us know already you were working on fixing the lack of search, for example).

Honestly, I've held off a few purchases because of the reports of the problems. I purchased the new Denizens Thieves simply because it was a priority item for me, and whilst the product is excellent, the shop experience is poor, and the feedback and engagement with customers on what's happening to fix all the problems on the store has been, and remains poor. Considering how long it was in beta (a good idea) the end product is not at an acceptable level. I don't want to sound harsh, but if we sugar coat it you may think it's all OK.

Publish a list of known issues and planned enhancements with timelines and keep it updated. That would go a long way to helping.

I seriously think the issues will never be fixed, I've two accounts one is my main one with all my PDFs which are numerous. The other one is an old one I did mostly as a test but is the one that has GCA and GURPS Mysteries and nothing else. Since I didn't want to buy them again I updated this account to the new store. Neither Mysteries nor GCA 5 have been moved. The only thing they moved was the complimentary old edition of GCA 4. They could not even update an old account with two files in it properly. Now if want to update GCA I need to rebuy it again or wait until the shop gets fixed. I already lost all my digital stuff when Osprey Publishing updated their store but those were a few I can move on and let go, but now I'm seriously scared I've to rebuy all my GURPS PDFs over again. And I literally buy only those because books aren't so easy to get here where I live.

Nothing is lost, but I've seen quite a few cases where someone changed their email address, and all their orders were on an account under the old address. Send an email to help@sjgames.com with your w23 account email (and any other email addresses you might have used), and we can look for & combine them.

(snipped some content there)

Please do email help@sjgames.com about this! You need to be able to update, and you shouldn't have LEGACY without GCA itself!

Re: New Shopify Store!

I finally went through my 12 pages of order history and was able to find the files I was missing from the archive site, but I don't have the patience to check whether all my files are there.

I have to again emphasize that I really hate how downloads from the new site are named. Having downloaded 3 files, I had to open each in a reader to see what it was then rename the file. Doing that for my whole collection would take an extra day past the one required for all the work to actually download my whole collection. It's just not acceptable.

I am certain that nothing is lost, meaning I am sure you have accurate record of past purchases and can manually answer any request.
but from the customer point of view, if updated files (such as GCA5 or the upgraded PDsF from color POD) are no longer on the old system and not yet in the new system, they are effectively lost.

I think you will agree that having to search forums for an email address to request that an overworked warehouse employee manually assign/send you the files is not an acceptable delivery solutions in 2023...

All new system have small and not so small problems that will get fixed in time, but I think there are a few Blocking/Major anomalies that require immediate action before the new shop can be considered operational :

> New items which do not appear in "new releases" nor in the other listings, even when sorting by "new>old" and must be searched by name.
The latest DF book was an example, although it appear to have been fixed now.
But when announced on the forums/discord/... and made available in the store, it should have been immediately visible (preferably on the front page, and at least in the product line and new release subpages) , not invisible for days unless you specifically search for it by name.

> past purchases effectively not accessible : either not imported or hidden inside a non-searchable unsorted multi-pages list of orders that must each be open individually to check for the file(s).

> Download links not easily and readily available.

> Multiples PDF purchase possible (an easy mistake : when buying the DF book, I somehow ended up with a basket with the number of item set to 3 ... I did notice in time but this should be blocked for PDF.

None of this is truly "bad", the shop technically work ... but you are losing customers over these anomalies.

I do not know your system but I do feel new releases should be highlighted. When first announced is typically the biggest sale and you want people coming, especially new customers to have a smooth experience and to find what they came for quickly and easily.
My suggestion is either have space set aside on the initial page and maybe a New Releases page that shows things in the last 60 days.

Re: New Shopify Store!

I have a lot fewer orders than many folks here, but I just noticed that I am missing GURPS Character Assistant Legacy Only (Version 4) from my own Downloads/Orders at the new store. So I decided to look at JUST the COMPS from the old and new stores.

From just the comps, I am missing 3 items on the NEW store:

GURPS Character Assistant LEGACY ONLY (Version 4) (SJG31-4001-4L)
Roll the Deck! (PDF) (SJG30-3018)
The Fantasy Trip Legacy Edition (PDF) (SJG30-3450K)

I don't recall what makes the K SKU version of The Fantasy Trip Legacy Edition different from the non-K version that I do have; maybe that one wasn't intended to have transferred over because it was a limited pre-release review copy or something, I dunno (but it seems like if it was on the old store, it should be on the new one).

I believe Roll the Deck! is still a pre-order, so maybe that's not there as part of the "Recent orders are still being ported over to our new store" issue.

Re: New Shopify Store!

I checked my Downloads at each store, and found these interesting (at least to me) differences:

1) I have The Fantasy Trip 2019 Postcard Contest (SJG37-5581) listed at the new store but NOT the old store. (And I definitely got a copy of it at some point.)

2) Hexagram is listed as Hexagram - Issue #1 and so-forth for the ones I was comped through Kickstarters, but Hexagram - Issue #2, which I purchased, is listed as The Fantasy Trip Hexagram - Issue #2 on the new store.

Anyway, just thought these additional little bits were interesting.

Re: New Shopify Store!

Thank you all for the feedback on our new Shopify storefront for Warehouse 23! We've been implementing several changes to improve the user experience, and have more on the way. As we continue to make improvements, we're going to direct any further feedback, issues, and suggestions to our helpdesk and lock this thread. This will help the Warehouse 23 staff by using one primary messaging system for support and other requests. Thanks again for helping us test the site and for the feedback!
