Is there a complete spell list?
I want to create a spell list for my players so they don't have to flip through the book. Has this been done already? If not, how do you recommend doing it? Are all the spells in "In The Labyrinth"? Or are there others elsewhere?
I was thinking of doing it by type of spell (thrown, creation, missile, etc) as well as the int required. |
Re: Is there a complete spell list?
While you (as the GM) are free to modify the spell lists as you see fit, the default assumption seems to be that the spells listed ITL are commonly known and the very few additional spells given in various adventures are not generally available.

Here is a link to find those: http://gamestercrafter.brainiac.com/...tft-links.html [QUOTEJ I was thinking of doing it by type of spell (thrown, creation, missile, etc) as well as the int required.[/QUOTE] I suggest entering them in Excel, then you have many options to sort by. |
Re: Is there a complete spell list?
Someone on this forum -- but I can't remember who -- published these one page versions of Melee and of Wizard, that folded up into teeny booklets so every player could have their own summary rules at all times. They were really pretty sophisticated.
The Melee booklet had all the Options and Weapons. The Wizard booklet had all the spells (but it may only have been Wizard spells, not the full ITL library). |
Re: Is there a complete spell list?
The Wizard game booklet comes with a Spell Reference booklet. This only covers the Wizard spells and not the ITL spells, and a couple of those spells are different between the two.

Re: Is there a complete spell list?
At least one of the folders has the ITL spell list printed on it.

Re: Is there a complete spell list?
I use this list when creating NPCs. I've included only those spells and talents in ITL.

I can print this out for players to use and they can still reference ITL if they need details or ask the GM about it. |

Re: Is there a complete spell list?
The asterisk was intended to mark those talents that a wizard could take at regular cost rather than double cost.
I am sure, Henry, you'll let me know if I missed any. If so, I'll fix the file. |
