Time and Money 3th ed house rules for 4th ed
 
So, looking for House Rules about wealth I found this:

With is a great concept, but... It's for 3th edition.

Anyone know if the person (or someone else) made and updated on those house rules?
My main issue here is with Signature Gear
But I really liked the concept (if the creator is still around here)

Have you considered taking Increased Capital with the limitation for only goods?

For example: Captain Cool owns a Dark Horse-class Free Trader, worth $94.3M. This is x1257 the average starting capital of a character at TL11^. However, Captain Cool's character concept isn't that he's incredibly wealthy. So, his player takes 10 levels of Increased Capital with the (Only Goods) modifier for 25 points.
