Question for the Car Wars historians
 

When was the first edition, first printing released? Wikipedia says 1980 but the copyright of accessible texts says 1981. (It won the Charles S. Roberts Award in 1981, which was given out at Origins in July of that year.) I'd be interested in the month and year of the first several releases (core, Sunday Drivers, Truck Stop) if anyone has this information.
