An article on deep water divers -- the kind of workers who weld on the feet of oil drill rigs, breathe helium-oxygen mix, and stay down for weeks at a time -- suggested that one of the job requirements is to be able to "poop on command," before spending hours in their hard suits on the ocean floor.

The highest calorie count liquid meal replacements are very "rich" tasting due to their lipid content. That part wasn't really a hardship.

There's a bionic implant in UT that reduces food and water intake (and hence output) y a factor of 3. It might be quite popular with powered armor troops and environmental suit workers. It'd probably do what Thrash was talking about too.

Curious - is 1 point in a weapon skill enough to have developed a bond with one particular example of it?

There is no good reason to do so (spending an extra point on the weapon skill will get you everything weapon bond gives you, and more) but I don't see anything forbidding it.

It's not profitable at that level, but it's not a loss either. And it will pay off as she advances to higher levels.

There's nothing against it in the rules, it just seems like a lack of experience to have found a weapon suited specifically to that person. It will certainly be worthwhile after the next point is spent on the skill itself.

200 hours training or the equivalent, and the weapon could've been selected for her by a master, or custom-made by an expert armourer. I don't see why Weapon Bond is impossible even for a weapon someone has no skill in, though I would require familiarity with it before any benefit from the bond was gained.
