Looting the body.
 

When you did to bad stuff or any other way. I know that you lose everything besides race, class, and curses etc. when looting begins can you take any item that player had in play? Or only cards from the players hand?

Upon death, the player places his hand face up on the table and everyone gets to take one card from either the hand or that they had in play, as long as it isn't a class or race card.
