The question is as follows.
Will the "Income Tax" curse work on a player with a Foil Cap, provided that "Income Tax" has been played from hand to another player without a cap!

But what about the opinion that the curse itself lies in the words "Lose your clothes." And all other actions are only an effect of the obligatory one!
Thus, the "Foil Hat" will not work since in fact the curse was not played directly on the player.

The only requirement listed on Tinfoil Hat is that the curse needs to be played by another player. There is no requirement listed that the curse needs to be played on the owner of the hat.

If someone plays the Curse from their hand, the wearer of the Tinfoil Hat is immune to it. If the curse comes out of the deck, the wearer of the hat gets hit by the curse.
