Help conditions
 

Let's say you help someone kill a monster, so you ask him/her to give u one of their treasures as a reward. Now, let's say in exchange you were to ask him/her to help you on the next combat, without asking reward. Is that possible??

(Edit) also, I just found that some one time usage cards say that can be used as a distraction, does that mean that you can instead use them to escape automatically?

Deals involving future turns are not enforceable.

For your second question, if a card is meant to help you escape from combat, it would say so on the card, saying something like "You may automatically run away from combat". Anything else is just "flavor text".
