Obtaining Potion Ingredients
 

I just read through the ingredients for potions and lot of them require fresh body parts from sentient creatures.

Aside from the potion of Imprisonment, which seems proscribed by the Wizard's Guild, none of the other potions seems to have any specific legal restrictions.

I suppose you could get body parts from executed criminals or killed brigands, but what happens when you run out of those. Do you need to certify ingredients you are selling as obtained in self defense or from a legally executed criminal? Are there the equivalent of sourcing from non-conflict resources or in this case legally sanctioned conflict resources?

Also what type of large amphibians can be used as an ingredient for a Potion of Telepathy?
