Cheat and Duct Tape and Lasers
 

Can the Cheat! card be applied to duct-taped weapon, or only to a single item?

Like, can I duct tape two one-handed items, neither of which I'm allowed to use, to create a single, two-handed weapon that I can cheat to use?

Similarly, can I use Cheat! to use a big laser/bananafanafofazer stack even if I have no hands free or I've already got a complex item equipped?

Or does the Cheat! have to attach to a single item within a laser stack or duct-taped weapon?

Cheat is played to a single play, so you don't Cheat two guns onto a single cards or make ALL your lasers Cheat. (Unless you're using some of the backer Cheats from Munchkin 7 or the Cheats expansion, of course, but those cards will be clear.)
