Run away and theft
 

In this thread said, that thief does not have to announce the target (person or Item) until the roll succeeds.

When I run away from multiple monsters, can I do same - choose target monster after run away roll?

I don't get the second question. Is there some sort of Run Away with a hidden regular you're trying to avoid? Please be clear in your second post so I have to ask repeated for more information.
