To avoid the $7 shipping fee for a $3 pdf file (waaaa?), will I be able to get hexagram 4 later, from warehouse23 or similar?

The PDF will be released, yes. If you are ordering only PDFs on BackerKit, please contact kickstart@sjgames.com for support.

Yeah I just paid the $7 PDF shipping, then sent a message about it via Backerkit, and the shipping was refunded within a few hours.

Yes, it worked fine for me also, very good customer service. I feel bad for the amount of customer service time my $3 pdf must have cost the company :(

Everything will ship together.

Austin is now on a stay home order. We will start mailing when we are allowed back in the office and get back up to speed.

We will deliver PDFs just as quick as we can manage. The survey closes next week. Once surveys close, then we will shift to digital delivery.

I didn't realize I could pre-order more than 1 item. If I place a second order, will SJGames refund the handling fee and combine the shipping?

Please email kickstart@sjgames.com for support. I think they have a way that you can add to an existing preorder.
