"When this card is drawn...", at the start of the game
 

Hi!
I need a little help: if at the start of the game (Munchkin Apocalypse in this case, but I think it's ok to think about Munchkin in general), at the first 8-cards draw before the game actually starts, you draw a "when this card is drawn, do this and that" card, do you resolve the effect?
If not, and the card only has the "when it is drawn" effect, how can you use it?

And for Apocalypse specifically, do you have to play Seals by a "when this card is drawn" effect, at the first draw?
If the answer is yes, how do you resolve multiple "when this card is drawn" effects, between different players?

This thing really gets me a little confused.

At the start of the first player's turn, resolve any "when this is drawn" effects in players' hands, starting with the first player and proceeding in turn order. This happens before the first player does anything else, such as kicking down the door.
