I think this one took about ten minutes. Maybe less.

Apparently, I happened to click Phil's link at exactly the moment it launched: the KS page loaded, and it was still the preview, but then it suddenly re-loaded, and was live. So I jumped on the print pledge instantly — and was still only Backer #2. :D

(And it's up to 139, as of a few seconds ago, and the thing isn't even an hour old yet.)

My pledge level doesn't change, right? I apologize, even though I have done this a few times, Kickstarter still can make me nervous that I have done something wrong and wont get what I think I am going to get.

If you just changed the amount, then no, your pledge tier isn't altered. You have to actually select another tier when doing Change Pledge for that to happen. Altering the dollar amount alone doesn't alter your tier, nor kick you out of a limited tier that is no longer available.

Changing the amount made me nervous the first few times as well. ^_^

I’m not sure. Could be a week or two. I know it is being worked on.
